Property-service proposals
Descriptions of carpentry, painting, maintenance, parking-lot, pressure-washing, curb-repair, or other property services are general. A project is accepted only through an approved written proposal or agreement identifying scope, price, schedule, materials, responsibilities, exclusions, and applicable requirements.
Placement conditions
Any proposed relocation or RV-park placement is subject to park availability and approval, property rules, zoning and other applicable requirements, utility compatibility, transportation and setup logistics, insurance, timing, and written agreement on responsibility for costs.
Screening and fair housing
Rental inquiries and applications should be handled under consistent, lawful qualification standards. Nothing on this site authorizes unlawful discrimination or waives any rights or obligations that apply under governing law.
Accuracy and changes
Elevaire MG aims to keep website content accurate but may update descriptions, policies, service areas, or offerings. If website content conflicts with a signed agreement or approved proposal, that transaction document controls to the extent allowed by law.
Third-party properties and services
RV parks, utilities, internet providers, towing services, and other third parties control their own services, pricing, rules, and decisions. Elevaire MG does not guarantee a third party’s approval, performance, or continued availability.
